Why is my Unifrost ice machine not making ice at all?

Start with the quickest eliminate-first checks:
This FAQ is designed for a fast answer first. Use the related guide links if you need the fuller decision path behind the short version.
Start with the quickest eliminate-first checks:
Power and mode: Confirm the unit is switched ON and in ICE (not CLEAN or OFF). If it has a recent fault, power-cycle once (off for 60 seconds, then on).
Water getting to the machine: Make sure the isolating valve is fully open and the supply hose is not kinked. If you have a filter kit fitted (e.g. SA30007), check it is not overdue or blocked.
Bin/full sensor: If the storage bin is full or the bin sensor is blocked by a slab of ice, the machine may pause production.
Airflow and overheating: Check the ventilation grilles are not blocked and the condenser is not clogged with dust or grease.
If it still produces no ice after these checks, it is usually a control, inlet valve, pump, or refrigeration-side issue. At that point, note the model (e.g. UB25-15, U40-15, U165-125, U230-175) and any fault lights, and contact support for the fastest diagnosis.
