Shared controller pages stop the same PDF being repeated across dozens of near-duplicate model pages. Start here if the controller label matters more than the cabinet model name.

Before you change controller settings

Most avoidable support mistakes happen before the parameter change itself. Take these checks first so you do not solve the wrong problem.

• Confirm the exact model code and serial number from the cabinet rating plate, not from an invoice description.
• Check the controller label on the fascia so the PDF matches the buttons and icons in front of you.
• Work through airflow, condenser cleanliness, loading, ambient heat, and door-seal checks before assuming a parameter issue.
• Capture any alarm code, display message, or unusual temperature pattern before power-cycling the cabinet.
• Use the contact route if the exact model or controller file is still missing from the live library.
