Unifrost.ie is operated by Orenda Enterprise Ltd trading as Caterboss (company number 611251). Caterboss is the data controller for personal information submitted through this website.

Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, business name, email address, enquiry type and message. You may also provide a phone number, Unifrost model or serial number and Caterboss order reference.
The form uses a short-lived, one-way hash derived from the submitting IP address and email address to prevent repeated submissions. The raw IP address is not stored by the contact-form plugin. The website host may keep standard security and access logs, which can include an IP address, browser information, requested page and time.
Why we use this information
- To answer product, quotation, stock, manual, order and troubleshooting enquiries.
- To take steps you request before a possible purchase and to support an existing order or contract.
- To protect the form and website from spam, misuse and security threats.
- To keep records where required for accounting, warranty, legal or dispute-resolution purposes.
Our legal bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in answering business enquiries, supporting customers and protecting the website. We do not add contact-form users to a marketing list.
Who receives the information
Authorised Caterboss staff receive contact enquiries. We use Zoho Mail to deliver and hold enquiry emails and Hostinger to host and secure the website. Providers act under their own terms and data-protection safeguards. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, service partners helping with the enquiry, or public authorities when necessary and lawful.
Some providers may process information outside Ireland or the European Economic Area. Where that occurs, transfers must use an applicable adequacy decision or recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails that do not become an ongoing customer, quotation, warranty or legal matter are normally deleted within 24 months of the last contact. If an enquiry leads to a quotation, order, warranty claim, dispute or legal obligation, relevant information is retained with those business records for the period required by law and Caterboss record-keeping requirements. The anti-spam rate-limit hash expires after five minutes.
Website analytics and manual download totals
Unifrost.ie uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate website use and events such as visits, manual downloads and links to Caterboss. The site does not send contact-form field values to Google Analytics. Google may process device, browser, page, event and cookie information under the Google Privacy Policy. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
The on-site PDF counter stores only an aggregate total and the time of the latest download for each manual. It does not store a downloader’s IP address, cookie, account, user agent or referrer.
Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email sales@caterboss.ie to make a request. Caterboss may need to verify your identity before releasing personal information.
You may also raise a concern with Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.
Required information and automated decisions
The contact form marks the information needed to send and answer an enquiry. Other fields are optional. If required information is not provided, Caterboss may be unable to respond. Contact enquiries are not subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
