If it’s listed as kWh per 24 hours (kWh/24h):
Annual kWh = (kWh/24h) × 365
Annual cost = Annual kWh × your € per kWh
If it’s listed as kWh per year (kWh/annum):
Annual cost = (kWh/year) × your € per kWh
If you only have a power figure in kW:
Annual kWh ≈ kW × average hours running per day × 365
(Commercial freezers don’t run 24/7 at full load, so this is only a rough estimate unless you measure it.)
